SUMMER ACADEMICS PROGRAM

Summer Academic Program

*WE ARE STILL ENROLLING. SPACES AVAILABLE.

NEW FOR 2008

Unlike the Enrichment Day Camp, this new program of academics has been developed for students seeking acceleration or the opportunity to consolidate specific skills.  In response to our growing community of summer families, courses in Reading, Mathematics, Study Skills and the Arts will be available.  More courses will be added as the program grows.

Class size will be very small.  We will enroll 3 to 5 students per group so that special care can be given to individualize instruction.  Whether the student is eager for advanced work or requires review to master the fundamentals, he/she will be challenged, assisted and encourage to improve.

Teachers trained in various support methodology and with experience with gifted and talented students will be available to discuss progress and curriculum with parents.  A written document of the student’s work will be available on request as well.  Though not a one on one tutoring program, these courses allow for each student to develop academic skill in important school disciplines.
